STORE POLICY


SALES AGREEMENT: The Purchaser understands that all sales are FINAL and there are NO Returns, Due to the handmade nature of our GUbaby items. If item does not fit, we will only accept exchanges with in Seven (7) days from purchase, WITH an emailed receipt. Items MUST be unworn and appears in excellent condition. Sales and Discounts cannot be combined. Purchases & Custom Orders left unclaimed after Fourteen (14) days after purchase or completion will be forfeited and all monies will be forfeited. Deposits on all merchandise is non refundable.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY AND AGREEMENT: Custom orders must be placed 2-6 weeks prior to the date needed depending on what is needed and order volume (Please account for the days for ordering and shipping of the materials) Orders are completed in the order of which they were made. If the order is needed by RUSH it is the customers responsibility to inform at the time of consultation. A consultation appointment must be placed to discuss the style of the dress. PLEASE NOTE: For all custom orders we WILL NOT recreate an exact design instead take your idea and add our own design to ensure a unique product. A 50% deposit is required to book a date and deposits are non refundable, measurements will be required prior to the start of the order. Remaining balance are to be paid in full when item is completed before releasing. 

IN STORE PICK UP: Items will be prepped and ready for pick up in store two (2) hours after the online purchase during business hours. An emailed receipt is required to release purchased items. We will need to be notified by calling the store during our operation of hours or DM if orders will be picked up by someone other than the purchaser. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship to U.S. and APO addresses by USPS. Items are shipped 72 hours after the order is placed. Custom orders will ship usually 2-6 weeks after the order is placed depending on custom order volume.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: GUbaby is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premisis.  Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update their tracking.  What you see on their site is what I see.  Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: All items must be HAND WASHED AND HANG DRIED. Due to the handmade nature of our products and must be handled with care.

DISCLAIMER: Buttons, rhinestones, pendants and/or accessories may be a choking hazard if loosened  or detached. Always check clothing for loose materials and under parental supervision.
